| Abstract: | Osteoporosis is a common clinical disease, with osteoporosis in China accounting for about 7% of the total population. As a systemic bone disease, in recent years, there has been an increasing incidence among women of childbearing age, posing a serious threat to women's health. The disease mechanism of osteoporosis is complex, involving factors such as unhealthy lifestyle and hormonal imbalance, with diverse clinical manifestations including pain, spinal deformity, and fractures. This article aims to comprehensively analyze the clinical and mechanistic issues of osteoporosis in women of childbearing age, including a systematic discussion of its epidemiological characteristics, potential risk factors, pathophysiological processes, typical clinical manifestations, and current treatment strategies. Various strategies for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis are proposed in the article, including exercise therapy, calcium and vitamin D supplementation, traditional Chinese medicine treatments (including drug and non-drug treatments such as acupuncture and massage), surgical treatment, and physical factor therapy. Emphasis is placed on the importance of health education in preventing osteoporosis, advocating for disease prevention through improving lifestyle and dietary habits. The main goal is to provide a solid theoretical basis for the development of more scientifically effective treatment strategies, improve bone mineral density levels in postmenopausal osteoporosis patients, effectively alleviate the pain caused by the disease, significantly reduce the risk of fractures, and enhance the quality of life of women of childbearing age. |
