| Abstract: | The centrality of core mandatory courses lies in their role in developing students' professional knowledge and skills, as well as fostering their ideological and political literacy. To enhance the precision of ideological and political education, this study utilizes the Kano model and the Delphi method to analyze students' educational needs in this area, integrating these requirements into the teaching process through diverse approaches. The objective is to cultivate individuals who are proficient in construction engineering regulations and international standards, and who also exhibit excellent professional ethics and comprehensive qualities. This strategy aims to elevate both the quality and effectiveness of teaching. The study's findings indicate that students have a significant demand for a macro understanding of engineering regulations, the cultivation of practical skills, and the enhancement of professional ethics, while their need for team collaboration and organizational coordination abilities is comparatively lower. By incorporating the Kano model and the Delphi method, this research introduces a fresh theoretical perspective and analytical technique for the integration of ideological and political elements into the curriculum, thereby enriching the teaching theoretical framework. This approach is instrumental in increasing the appeal and practicality of courses, better fulfilling students' learning expectations, and consequently improving teaching outcomes. |
