Research on Public Digital Cultural Service Model of Shaanxi District and County Libraries Based on User Demand

| Abstract: | [Background] District and county libraries in Shaanxi Province have a large number of digital resources, and public digital cultural services provide high quality reading experience for local users. The existing researches lack the in-depth exploration of the actual demand of users, the construction of library public digital cultural service model for specific users, and the exploration of the practice path of library public digital cultural service model for specific users. [Objective] This paper aims to focus on the public digital cultural services of Shaanxi district and county libraries, build a user demand model, and put forward a service model based on it, as well as the practice path of the model. [Methods] In this paper, semi-open interview method was used to collect the original data, and rooted theory was used to encode the data. [Results] Digital culture, collection mode, library management concept, information resources, management mode, infrastructure construction, service efficiency and system construction are the main factors affecting the public digital cultural service of Shaanxi district and county libraries, and are also eight aspects of constructing service mode and putting forward the practice path of this mode. [Significance] The research results of this paper have refined the relevant research on the needs of library public digital cultural service users, supplemented the relevant research on the library public digital cultural service model for specific user groups, and expanded the relevant research on the practice path of library public digital cultural service model. It provides reference for Shaanxi district and county libraries to improve public digital cultural services from the perspective of user demand. |
