| Abstract: | Objective: During pregnancy, pregnant women are prone to abnormal liver function due to excessive ideological burden and other reasons, which seriously endangers the physical health of pregnant women and the normal development of the fetus. The therapeutic effect of psychological nursing in many diseases has received more and more attention, but its clinical value in pregnant patients with non-viral abnormal liver function is still unclear. Therefore, this project studied the clinical value of psychological nursing in pregnant patients with non-viral abnormal liver function. Methods: 70 pregnant patients with non-viral abnormal liver function in our hospital from April 2020 to April 2022 were recruited and randomly divided into control group (35 cases) and observation group (35 cases). The control group received regular pregnancy tests combined with routine intervention, and the observation group received psychological nursing on the basis of the control group. One month later, the liver function and psychological changes of the two groups were compared. Results: The indexes of liver function (alanine aminotransferase [ALT] and aspartate aminotransferase [AST]), self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) score, and self-rating depression scale (SDS) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P< 0.05). While the comprehensive assessment of quality of life (GQOLI-74) was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Psychological nursing on the basis of conventional treatment can effectively relieve the anxiety state and psychological pressure of pregnant patients with non-viral abnormal liver function, improve their liver function and quality of life, and has important clinical value. |
