| Abstract: | With the development of skin physiology and bioengineering technology, functional skin care has transformed from single-target intervention to multi-target synergistic regulation. Skin whitening and spot lightening, anti-aging and firming, and barrier repair have become the core hotspots in contemporary skin health research. Skin aging and pigmentation are synergistically driven by multiple factors such as ultraviolet radiation, oxidative stress, protein glycosylation, and barrier damage. Intervention methods targeting a single action site are difficult to solve complex skin health problems. This paper systematically reviews the core principles of multi-target synergistic regulation technology, the mechanism of action of active ingredients, the principles of formula design, and methods of efficacy evaluation, with a focus on the innovative practice of the novel Huayi Shijia series skin anti-aging technology jointly developed by the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Zhongke Jianlan in collaboration with Shangqing Ouli. This technology achieves full-chain regulation of melanin through the compounding of niacinamide, sapphire algae extract, and tranexamic acid; constructs a triple anti-aging system of “regeneration-protection-regulation” using anti-aging factors, carnosine, and signal peptides; and synergistically strengthens barrier repair through fibronectin, aloe-cactus fermentation broth, and plant extracts. In vitro cell experiments and clinical observations demonstrate that this technology can significantly inhibit melanocyte activity, promote fibroblast proliferation and collagen synthesis, and continuous use for 28 days can significantly improve skin dullness, pigmentation, fine lines, and barrier damage. This paper also discusses the application of the multi-institution collaborative innovation model in the field of skin health intervention, providing theoretical reference and practical experience for the efficient, mild, and compliant development of skin whitening, anti-aging, and barrier repair technologies. |
