Study on the Influence of Outdoor Environment on Residents' Behavior Pattern in Residential Area —— A Case Study of Residential Areas in Xi'an

| Abstract: | Developing rapidly in recent years, the domestic residential construction, quality of residential area outdoor environment more and more get the attention of people, the old residential area reconstruction problem gradually become social hot issues in recent years, in the ninety s before the construction of the old residential environment deteriorating, residents of the growing demand and nowadays more and more broken the living environment of contradictions. The improvement of old residential areas has become an urgent problem. In the existing renovation work, the focus is mainly on the seismic energy saving of buildings and the improvement of the living environment. However, the aging public space brings about the incompatibility between the residents' needs and the limited space environment of the old community, which makes the quality of the external space difficult to meet the needs of the residents at the present stage. In view of the present situation of Chinese residential area construction, through the field research, interviews and reading literature methods, the article investigated the three different years of residential area in xi 'an, carried on the thorough study to the residential area, detailed analysis of three different time residential area in the communication activity space faced by the problem. This paper expounds the influence of outdoor environment factors of residential area on residents' behavior pattern, forms an effective renovation strategy, and finally provides a certain reference for the renovation planning of the old residential area. |
