护理专业学生职业精神的研究进展

| 摘 要： | 随着健康事业的大力发展，人民对健康的需求也日益增多。护生是护理事业的后备军，也是未来进入临床的中坚力量。提高教育质量以满足现今需求，也给护理教育者带来了新的挑战。护生职业精神有利于未来进入临床工作的专业承诺，能够引领护生培养其职业信仰。当前护生的职业化教育，护生职业精神也有益于培养个体的使命感，增添未来承担职业的意愿和责任。无论是完善教育教学制度还是帮助个人端正学习态度与树立职业价值观，护生职业精神的培育与锤炼都是教育应关注的要点。存在心理学认为寻找个人的职业意义是个体生存的重要任务，职业精神所代表正能量的信念能够激发个体的学习动态，是护生生活和学习不可或缺的重要内在心理优势。故本文将描述护理职业精神概念、测评工具、研究现状，以及现存的护生职业精神研究方法，旨在探索未来护理职业精神高效培养方法，总结现今培养护生职业精神的现存问题，积极探索未来护生职业精神切实可行的教育方法，以期为今后护理教育和学科建设提供理论思考和干预建议。 |

Research Progress on Professionalism of Nursing Students

| Abstract: | With the vigorous development of health, people's demand for health is also increasing. Nursing students are the reserve army of nursing cause, and also the backbone of clinical future. Improving the quality of education to meet today's needs also poses new challenges for nursing educators. The professional spirit of nursing students is conducive to the professional commitment of entering clinical work in the future, and can lead nursing students to cultivate their professional faith. At present, the professional education and professional spirit of nursing students are also beneficial to cultivating individual's sense of mission and increasing their willingness and responsibility to undertake careers in the future. Whether it is to improve the education and teaching system or to help individuals correct their learning attitude and establish professional values, the cultivation and tempering of professional spirit of nursing students are the key points that education should pay attention to. Existential psychology holds that finding personal professional meaning is an important task for individual survival, and the belief that professional spirit represents positive energy can stimulate individual learning dynamics, which is an indispensable internal psychological advantage for nursing students' life and study. Therefore, this paper will describe the concept of nursing professionalism, assessment tools, research status, and existing research methods of nursing students' professionalism, aiming at exploring efficient training methods of nursing professionalism in the future, summarizing existing problems in training nursing students' professionalism at present, and actively exploring feasible education methods for nursing students' professionalism in the future. In order to provide theoretical thinking and intervention suggestions for future nursing education and discipline construction. |
