妇产科超声带教经验和思考

| 摘 要： | 超声技术现已广泛应用于临床疾病的诊疗，可为妇产科疾病诊断和治疗提供重要参考。妇产科疾病存在起病急、变化快等特点，其诊断对超声有较强的依赖性。而超声图像存在多变和“一图多意”等情况，故经验丰富的带教教师对超声影像学专业学生开展系统的规范化培训则显得至关重要。本文针对妇产科超声专业特点，结合团队的带教经验，就如何优化妇产科超声的教学质量、快速提升学生的诊疗水平，提高临床医师对疾病的正确诊治率等问题进行总结和探讨。从带教教师的自我提高、学生的岗前培训、人文素养的培养、加强临床实践、操作规范化培训、诊断思路的培养、追踪随访、养成终身学习的习惯等多个方面进行阐述，以期为超声影像人才培养提供一定的参考和借鉴。 |

Experience and Thinking for the Education of Ultrasound Imaging Students in the Field of Obstetrics and Gynecology

| Abstract: | Ultrasound technology has been widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of clinical diseases, which can provide an important reference for the diagnosis and treatment of obstetrics and gynecology diseases. However, acute onset and rapid change were the major characters of obstetrics and gynecology diseases, thus, the results of ultrasound technology could offer robust evidence on the diagnosis of obstetrics and gynecology diseases. However, ultrasound images have variable characters and which also illustrated "one picture might have more implications of different disease", so it was very necessary for constructing system training lessons by the experienced teachers to culture the students of ultrasound imaging subject in the field of obstetrics and gynecology. In considering of the characteristics for ultrasound of obstetrics and gynecology, this paper summarizes and discusses issues on how to optimize the improving the quality of students of ultrasound in the field obstetrics and gynecology, rapidly improve the ability of the students for diagnosis and treatment of obstetrics and gynecology diseases, thus, several important points including the self-improvement of teachers, pre-job training of students, the cultivation of humanistic literacy, clinical practice, standardized training of operation, the improvement of diagnostic ideas, follow-up of patients, and the habit of long life learning were analyzed and discussed in this work, which would provide reliable evidence for doctors to diagnosis the obstetrics and gynecology diseases. This study would provide benefit reference for the future training of ultrasound imaging talents. |
