西南林业大学留学生汉语学习APP使用情况与需求研究

| 摘 要： | 在强调技术赋能国际中文教育的当今，语言智能成为国际中文教育发展的新方向。该研究以目前技术更为成熟、使用更为广泛的移动语言学习产品——汉语学习APP为研究对象，调查西南林业大学的留学生对汉语学习APP的使用情况与需求所呈现的特征，并通过EXECL、SPSS等工具分析形成上述特征的影响因素。研究发现：1. 汉语学习APP在用户中具有较高的使用覆盖率和用户满意度，但基础功能和用户体验方面存在不足；2. 用户更倾向于实用性强的学习内容和多样化的学习资源；3. 用户的个人特征、学习时长和水平等因素会对汉语学习APP的使用和需求产生一定的影响。基于这些发现，文章向汉语学习APP的使用者与开发者分别提出了建议，希望可以为移动汉语学习产品的开发与利用提供参考。 |

This Research Investigates the Usage and Demand of Chinese Learning APPs Among International Students from Southwest Forestry University

| Abstract: | In the contemporary era that emphasizes technology's role in empowering international Chinese language education, linguistic intelligence emerges as a novel trajectory for its development. The study focuses on mobile language learning products, specifically Chinese learning apps, which are technologically mature and widely used. It investigates the characteristics of usage and demand among international students at Southwest Forestry University and analyzes the influencing factors through tools such as EXCEL and SPSS. The findings include: 1) Chinese learning apps have a high usage coverage and user satisfaction but lack in basic functionality and user experience; 2) Users prefer practical learning content and diversified learning resources; 3) Factors such as personal characteristics, study duration, and proficiency level of users significantly impact the use and demand for Chinese learning apps. Based on these insights, the paper offers recommendations for users and developers of Chinese learning apps, aiming to provide references for developing and utilizing mobile Chinese learning products. |
