新文科建设背景下金融学专业人才培养的逻辑与突破方向

| 摘 要： | 新文科建设根植于新一轮科技革命和产业变革对文科人才培养提出的新诉求。金融行业是新一代信息技术深度应用的主要领域，以人工智能、大数据、区块链等为代表的新一代信息技术与金融业的深度融合，不仅催生了科技金融、数字金融等新业态，而且也使传统金融学专业人才培养面临严峻挑战。强调以融合性、创新性和实践性等本质特征的新文科建设，为突破传统金融学专业人才培养困境带来了新契机。基于此，本文通过深入阐释新文科内涵的基础上，从跨学科融合、实践教学导向、创新能力培养和国际化视野拓展等方面深入探讨新文科建设背景下金融学专业人才培养的逻辑，并进一步从跨学科融合、实践教学变革、创新能力培养和国际化视野拓展等方面提出新文科建设背景下金融学专业人才培养的主要突破方向。本文研究是对金融学专业人才培养研究领域的丰富，可为提升金融学专业人才培养质量提供决策参考。 |

The Logic and Breakthrough Directions for Cultivating Financial Talent in the Construction of New Liberal Arts

| Abstract: | The construction of new liberal arts is rooted in the new demands for liberal arts talent cultivation arising from the latest round of technological revolution and industrial transformation. The financial sector stands as a primary domain for the deep application of next-generation information technologies. The profound integration of these technologies—represented by artificial intelligence, big data, and blockchain—with finance has not only spawned new business models like fintech, digital finance et al., but also posed formidable challenges to traditional finance talent cultivation. The construction of new liberal arts, emphasizing essential characteristics such as convergence, innovation, and practicality et al., offers fresh opportunities to overcome the limitations of traditional finance talent cultivation. Based on this, the paper delves into the logic of cultivating finance professionals under the construction of new liberal arts by thoroughly interpreting its essence. It explores key dimensions including interdisciplinary integration, practice-oriented teaching, innovation capability cultivation, and broadening international perspectives. Furthermore, it proposes primary breakthrough directions for finance talent cultivation within this new liberal arts context, focusing on interdisciplinary convergence, transforming practice-based education, fostering innovation skills, and expanding global outlooks. The paper enriches the field of finance talent studies and provides decision-making references for enhancing the quality of finance talent cultivation. |
