| 摘 要: | [目的]通过对枯叶蛱蝶Kallima inachus(Doyère, 1840)的生物学特征和人工规模化饲养技术的探究,在重庆地区建立枯叶蛱蝶的人工规模化繁育技术体系,为枯叶蛱蝶的资源开发利用和保护提供了有力的保障。[方法]通过购买幼虫和人工繁育的方式,在温度25-30°C、湿度80%~90%饲养条件下,在重庆师范大学昆虫创新基地饲养枯叶蛱蝶,观察并记录枯叶蛱蝶在各个发育时期详细的生长发育情况和生物学特征,并以此总结出枯叶蛱蝶在重庆地区人工规模化饲养的技术方法体系。[结果]初步掌握了枯叶蛱蝶的生长发育历程及其各个发育阶段的生物学特征,并成功地繁育了下一代枯叶蛱蝶,建立了一套完善的枯叶蛱蝶人工规模化饲养技术体系。[结论]运用该技术方法,枯叶蛱蝶的各阶段生长发育情况良好,能成功繁育得到后代,本研究结果为枯叶蛱蝶的规模化饲养提供了技术指导,对该物种的保护和资源利用具有重要的意义。 |

| Abstract: | [Objective] By exploring the biological characteristics and artificial scale breeding techniques of Kallima inachus (Doyère, 1840) Doubleday in Chongqing, the artificial scale breeding technique system of Kallima inachus Doubleday was established, which provided a strong guarantee for the resource development, utilization and protection of the butterfly. [Methods] By purchasing larvae and artificial breeding, the insects were raised in the Insect Innovation Base of Chongqing Normal University at a temperature of 25-30°C and a humidity of 80% to 90%, and the detailed growth and development and biological characteristics of the butterflies were observed and recorded. Based on this, the paper summarizes the technique and method system of artificial large-scale breeding of Kallima inachus in Chongqing area. [Results] The growth and development process and the biological characteristics of each developmental stage were initially mastered, and the next generation of Kallima inachus was successfully bred, and a complete technical system of artificial large-scale breeding of Kallima inachus was established. [Conclusion] Using this technique and method, the growth and development of Kallima inachus were good at all stages, and the offspring could be successfully bred. The results of this study provide technical guidance for the large-scale breeding of Kallima inachus, and have important significance for the conservation and resource utilization of this species. |
