| 摘 要: | 鼻内翻乳头状瘤是一种鼻部良性肿瘤,因其在组织学上特有的内生性的生长模式而得名,具有骨重塑和破坏、局部复发和恶性肿瘤相关的局部侵袭性三大特点。其组织学特征是上皮增生,鳞状上皮细胞呈指状增生到下面的间质中,向下生长成先前存在的粘膜腺体,取代或者是替代正常上皮。关于比内翻乳头状瘤的病因至今仍不清楚,大部分研究认为可能与HPV感染、吸烟以及职业暴露有关。随着现代内窥镜检查以及CT、MRI技术的飞速发展,对于IP的诊断也越来越精确。手术治疗和内窥镜下治疗是对IP主要的治疗方式,但是对于一些分期较高的患者,我们临床医生一定要注重IP复发的可能。 |

| Abstract: | Nasal invasive papilloma is benign tumor named for its characteristic histologic endophytic growth pattern with three major features: bone remodeling and destruction, local recurrence, and local aggressiveness associated with malignancy. It is histologically characterized by epithelial proliferation, with squamous epithelial cells proliferating finger-like into the underlying mesenchyme and growing downward into pre-existing mucosal glands, replacing or substituting for normal epithelium. The etiology of bigness papilloma is still unclear and most studies suggest that it may be related to HPV infection, smoking, and occupational exposure. With the rapid development of modern endoscopy and CT and MRI techniques, the diagnosis of IP is becoming more accurate. Surgery is the main treatment modality for IP, but for some patients with higher staging, our clinicians must focus on the possibility of IP recurrence. |
