基于数字孪生的社区老年病健康管理服务设计

| 摘 要： | 随着中国人口老龄化趋势的日益加剧，老年病的健康管理也面临着诸多新的问题和矛盾。以重庆市綦江区为取样空间，获取了老年人对社区健康管理的需求信息样本。以老年人需求为导向，提出了社区健康管理的个性化和数字化的分级诊疗模式。面向社区老年病管理的组织架构优化进行了探讨，提出了一套新的管理服务设计方案，探讨了运用数字技术提升老年病管理的效率，通过对老年人的健康监测、健康评估、云端问诊、一键急救、远程医疗等新型诊疗服务，全面提高基层社区健康管理和服务的水平。研究成果具有鲜明的应用场景和精准的服务对象，对于提高中国基层社区老年病健康管理水平具有很高的价值。 |

Design of Community Geriatric Health Management Service Based on Digital Twinning

| Abstract: | With the increasing trend of population aging in China, the health management of senile diseases is also facing many new problems and contradictions. Taking Qijiang District of Chongqing as the sampling space, the information samples of the elderly's demand for community health management were obtained. Guided by the needs of the elderly, the personalized and digital graded diagnosis and treatment model of community health management is put forward. This paper discusses the optimization of organizational structure for community geriatric management, puts forward a new design scheme of management service, and discusses the use of digital technology to improve the efficiency of geriatric management. Through the new diagnosis and treatment services for the elderly, such as health monitoring, health assessment, cloud consultation, one-click first aid, telemedicine and so on, the level of health management and service in grassroots communities is comprehensively improved. The research results have distinct application scenarios and precise clients, which are of great value for improving the health management level of geriatric diseases in grass-roots communities in China. |
