基于Rodgers演化概念分析法的数字健康素养概念界定

| 摘 要： | 目的 利用Rodgers演化概念分析法界定与数字健康素养近似的概念。方法 对中国知网、万方、维普、PubMed和Web of Science数据库进行中英文系统检索，根据纳入和排除标准筛选文献。主要步骤是区分数字健康素养相关概念、确定属性、典型案例、分析前因和后果。结果 共纳入文献55篇，其中中文文献10篇，英文文献45篇。概念属性包括四个方面：功能性、批判性、交互性、转化性。数字健康素养的前因变量主要包括社会人口学特征、数字设备因素、网络健康信息态度、环境因素。主要后果是生理健康结果、心理健康影响以及社会层面效应。结论 本研究对数字健康素养的概念进行界定，为数字健康素养评估工具和理论模型的发展提供思路和发展方向。 |

Based on Rodgers' Evolutionary Concept Analysis Definition of Digital Health Literacy

| Abstract: | Objective The Rodgers evolutionary concept analysis method was used to define the concept of digital health literacy. Methods CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, PubMed and Web of Science databases were searched in English and Chinese, and the literature was screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The main steps are to distinguish digital health literacy-related concepts, identify attributes, typical cases, and analyze antecedents and consequences. Results A total of 55 articles were included, including 10 Chinese articles and 45 English articles. Conceptual attributes include four aspects: functional, critical, interactive, and transformative. The antecedent variables of digital health literacy mainly include sociodemographic characteristics, digital device factors, online health information attitudes, and environmental factors. The main consequences are physical health outcomes, mental health effects, and social effects. Conclusion This study defines the concept of digital health literacy, and provides ideas and development directions for the development of digital health literacy assessment tools and theoretical models. |
