乡村振兴背景下实习护生的线上临床实习教学探索与实践

| 摘 要： | 目的：本研究探讨乡村振兴背景下开展线上临床护理综合实习，并对开展实习情况进行了系统性评价。方法：2022年7-9月选取本院140名实习护生为研究对象，采用线上教学方式进行8周的临床护理综合实习，结束后进行线上实习教学期间学生对老师教学评价及自我评价满意度调查。由学院附属医院的指导教师和护士长们利用网络优质资源和线上教学平台为钉钉会议。结果：线上临床综合实习满意度为均为80%以上（最低81%，最高94%）。结论：本次线上教学已顺利进行，并取得良好的培训效果，护生表示线上培训内容丰富，能提前熟悉每个科室的主要护理内容。同时，线上临床实习教学能更好理解护士的角色，借助临床教师的丰富临床实际案例，夯实理论与实践基础，培养临床思维能力，激发了他们对临床实习的强烈向往，护生也期待早日进入临床实习基地，将所学运用于实际护理工作。 |

Exploration and Practice of Online Clinical Placement Teaching for Intern Nursing Students in the Context of Rural Revitalization

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE This study explored the development of an online clinical nursing integrated placement during the epidemic in the context of rural revitalization, and systematically evaluated the development of the placement. METHODS 40 practicing nursing students from our hospital were selected as study subjects from July to September 2021 to conduct an 8-week comprehensive clinical nursing internship using online teaching methods. Instructors and nurse leaders from the college-affiliated hospitals utilized web-based quality resources and online teaching platforms for pegging sessions. After the completion of the online internship teaching, a satisfaction survey on students' evaluations of teachers' teaching and their self-evaluations will be conducted. RESULTS Online clinical integrated practicum satisfaction was all above 80% (minimum 81%, maximum 94%). CONCLUSION The online teaching has been successfully carried out and achieved good training results, nursing students said that the online training is rich in content, can familiarize with the main nursing content of each department in advance. Meanwhile, the online clinical internship teaching enables students to have a better understanding of the role of nurses. Nursing students also look forward to entering clinical internship bases as soon as possible to apply what they have learned to actual nursing work. |
