共同设计在医院人文关怀管理提升策略中的研究进展

| 摘 要： | 医院人文关怀管理作为医疗服务供给侧改革的关键载体，其创新探索路径承载提升政策效能与革新医疗管理范式的双重使命。本研究以共同设计（Co-design）为理论框架，系统解构其在医院管理中的适配机制与实践路径。研究首先梳理了Co-design的理论内涵，介绍双钻模型与基于体验的共同设计（EBCD）两种代表性模型的核心内容及方法特点；在此基础上，通过文献梳理总结Co-design在人文关怀管理中的应用进展。研究发现，Co-design在人文关怀管理中的应用主要集中于住院体验优化、人性化护理创新、康复质量提升及患者中心化服务管理等方面，通过动态思维适配、阶段权重重置及工具创新改善服务流程与沟通体验，增强患者参与感，提高患者满意度。然而，本土化应用面临双重挑战：集体主义文化下的“高服从性-低批判性”参与模式导致关键需求漏检；公立医院科层制结构与扁平化协作的制度摩擦。因此，本研究建议引入含沉默者唤醒机制的结构化引导工具，并构建与政策衔接的Co-design成熟度评价框架。未来需聚焦AI驱动型Co-design范式、中医“仁心仁术”文化基因的理论转化及数字工具长效评估机制，以推动医院人文关怀管理从“技术主导”向“价值共生”范式转型。 |

Research Progress on Co-design Strategies for Enhancing Humanistic Care Management in Hospitals

| Abstract: | As a key vehicle for the supply-side reform of healthcare services, humanistic care management in hospitals carries the dual mission of enhancing policy effectiveness and transforming healthcare management paradigms through innovative exploration. This study adopts Co-design as its theoretical framework to systematically deconstruct its adaptation mechanisms and practical pathways in hospital management. The study first reviewed the theoretical connotations of Co-design and introduced the core contents and methodological characteristics of two representative models, namely the Double Diamond Model and Experience-Based Co-Design (EBCD). On this basis, a literature review was conducted to summarize the application progress of Co-design in humanistic care management. The findings indicated that the application of Co-design in humanistic care management has mainly focused on optimizing inpatient experiences, innovating humanized nursing services, improving rehabilitation quality, and enhancing patient-centred service management. Through dynamic thinking adaptation, stage-weight reconfiguration, and tool innovation, Co-design has improved service processes and communication experiences, enhanced patient engagement, and increased patient satisfaction. However, its localized application faces dual challenges: the "high-compliance, low-criticality" participation pattern under collectivist culture may lead to the neglect of critical needs, while bureaucratic structures in public hospitals may create friction with the flat collaboration required by Co-design. Therefore, this study proposes the introduction of structured facilitation tools incorporating mechanisms to activate less vocal participants and the development of a policy-aligned Co-design maturity evaluation framework. Future research should focus on AI-driven Co-design paradigms, the theoretical translation of the cultural ethos of "benevolence and excellence in medicine" in traditional Chinese medicine, and long-term evaluation mechanisms for digital tools, so as to promote the transformation of hospital humanistic care management from a "technology-dominated" paradigm to one characterized by "value co-existence". |
