Abstract: Citrus hongheensis is a rare and unique species in Yunnan Province and grows in narrow areas of south bank of Yuanjiang River (Honghe River) with few living individuals. In this study, seeds from five populations (Lvchun-Daxing, Honghe-Jiayin, Honghe-Dayangjie, Yuanjiang-Nanuo-Damang and Yuanjiang-Nanuo-Zhujie) of C. hongheensis in Yunnan Province were used to study the morphological characteristics and differences in germination ability of seeds from different populations and to find out the population with the highest germination ability of C. hongheensis seed. The results showed that seed length, the germination capacity and germination rate of Lvchun-Daxing were highest (84.51%, 86.95%), and these of Honghe-Jiayin were lowest (70.95%, 71.43%). The seed phenotypic traits of C. hongheensis were correlated with germination potential and germination rate to varying degrees. The seed length and seed width were significantly positively correlated (R=0.960), while the seed thickness was significantly negatively correlated with the seed length and width (R=-0.908, R=-0.944). Abstract: For a long time, the comparative benefit of growing grain is lower than that of non-grain crops such as medicinal materials and fruits. In order to develop economy and promote farmers' income increase, various agricultural structural adjustments such as "grain to medicine", "grain to fruit", "grain to vegetable" and "grain to fish" have been carried out in various localities. Under the restriction of the policy of "non-grain conversion" of cultivated land, the "non-agricultural conversion" of cultivated land has been resolutely restrained. Abstract: The SNP markers of Megalobrama amblycephala, Ancherythroculter nigrocauda and Bo Fang “Xianfeng No. 2” were developed by SLAF-seq in this study. Further analysis on genetic diversity and genetic population were also done in this paper. The results showed that the efficiency of Enzyme digestion was 90.11% and 181.13M reads were obtained from three fishes. 1,339,007 SLAF labels and 446,680 SNP markers were through bioinformatics analysis. And the Q30 of mean sequencing was 93.03%, the mean GC content was 37.79%. The results showed that the observed allele number (No) was 2.0, and the expected allele number (Ne) was 1.63. The observed heterozygosity (Ho) was 0.08, while the expected heterozygosity (He) was 0.36. The genetic diversity index was 0.41, the Shnnon Wiener index was 0.54, and the PIC was 0.29, the MAF was 0.28. These results suggest that the genetic diversity of three populations were in the medium level. It might be related to artificial selection.
