Abstract: Based on the high-level echelon theory, principal-agent theory, and technological innovation theory, this paper starts from the perspective of corporate culture and refined management, takes "the innovation consciousness of the TMT (Top Management Team) affects innovation performance" as the research idea, and stimulates the innovation consciousness of the TMT through the incentive mechanism. It leads to improving innovation performance and optimizing the incentive mechanism, so that it can play a more effective role in innovation performance, putting forward conceptual models and research hypotheses. This paper is quantitative research. First, according to literature research, it is found that the innovation awareness of the TMT is composed of the degree of emphasis and support, and then explores the relationship among the four dimensions of innovation awareness of the TMT, employee innovation behavior, incentive mechanism and corporate performance. Mature scales and questionnaires were compiled; the research objects were senior managers of high-tech enterprises, which were distributed through institutions and individuals; finally, the collected 135 sample data were analyzed with SPSS software and hypothesis testing. Abstract: Consumer distrust seriously restricts the development of the extended warranty service industry, and investing in blockchain technology can enhance consumer trust and bring trust utility to enterprises, while also increasing the huge cost of blockchain applications. This paper analyzes the changes in the equilibrium solution of the supply chain before and after the technology investment, explore the sufficient conditions for the implementation of blockchain in the extended warranty service supply chain under the condition of technical and economic value objectives, and finally analyze the results. Studies have shown that in the absence of blockchain implementation, the weakening factor of extended warranty services will negatively affect the equilibrium solution of the supply chain. When the fixed cost of implementing a blockchain is greater than a certain limit, the manufacturer's profit after implementing the blockchain is less than the profit before the implementation of the blockchain. When considering trust utility, supply chain members are more relaxed in implementing blockchain than when utility is not considered, and retailers are the most relaxed in implementing blockchain. Abstract: The rapid development of the Internet has promoted the reform and innovation of China's industrial model, and also provided new ways and new methods for college students to start businesses and obtain employment. As a new entrepreneurial platform under the background of the Internet, e-commerce entrepreneurship has built a bridge between college students and the entrepreneurial market and brought convenience to college students entrepreneurs. Based on this, taking campus e-commerce entrepreneurship as the research object, through the quantitative analysis of its development status S (advantages), W (disadvantages), O (opportunities) and T (threats), the SWOT quantitative model is constructed, and four development strategies of campus e-commerce entrepreneurship are analyzed, namely SO (aggressive), WO (reverse), ST (resistance) and WT (defensive) strategies. In addition, the analytic hierarchy process is used to quantify the results of SWOT analysis of campus e-commerce entrepreneurship, analyze the proportion of various factors affecting college students' e-commerce entrepreneurship, and finally locate the development strategy of campus e-commerce.
