Abstract: China is at a critical juncture in its rapid population policy adjustment, which will have a profound impact on women's labor-force participation rate, which is related to women's economic independence, the social status of their families, and overall productivity. Against this background, we used CFPS tracking data from 2014 and 2016 to quantitatively analyze the impact of the "comprehensive two-child" policy on female labor-market participation and its heterogeneity, using a dual difference measurement. The study found that the introduction of the "comprehensive two-child" policy significantly reduced female labour participation by 7.29%. The results were still robust when the key variables were changed. Further research has shown that the impact is significantly heterogeneous, i.e. the implementation of the policy has a deeper and more pronounced impact on rural female labour force and female labour participation with one child. Therefore, more flexible employment support measures should be adopted at the government, social and enterprise levels. While ensuring the smooth implementation of child-bearing policies and promoting higher levels of child-bearing, education and training should also be strengthened to improve the earning capacity of couples of child-bearing age. Increase the supply of public pension services and safeguard the rights and interests of the living; Provide effective solutions to the problem that the implementation of policies significantly reduces female labour participation.Abstract: China is at a critical juncture in its rapid population policy adjustment, which will have a profound impact on women's labor-force participation rate, which is related to women's economic independence, the social status of their families, and overall productivity. Abstract: The main donors of e-donation are youth participants. In general, donation is a special action of the expenditure. How do the youth of varying degrees in expenditure level evaluate the e-donation? To answer this question, we apply a mix-method and draw a sample of students in Shenzhen University. Findings include: (1) The average monthly expenditure level is negatively correlated with the degree of trust in e-donation. (2) Students who spend less are likely to positively evaluate the public trust. It is not only because they incline to sympathize with vulnerable groups, but also because they donate less and pay less attention to the credibility of e-donation. (3) Students who spend more are likely to critically evaluate the public trust of e-donation. It is reasonable that they expect high standards in credibility while they are giving more of their money. In addition, suggests are given to improve the public trust on e-donation.Abstract: The main donors of e-donation are youth participants. In general, donation is a special action of the expenditure. Abstract: With the rapid development of the Internet, Chinese online novels not only have a broad audience in China, but also spread overseas through online media, attracting widespread attention from overseas readers. The overseas dissemination of online novels has played an important role in displaying China's image and disseminating China's voice, not only reflecting the self-confidence of Chinese culture and literature, but also actively participating in the efforts of Chinese literature to tell Chinese stories to the world and tell Chinese stories well. The research on the phenomenon of overseas dissemination of Chinese online novels is not only the study of the improvement of the soft power of Chinese culture, but also the research on the improvement of the external communication power of Chinese culture. Based on the aesthetics of reception, this paper adopts methods such as literature collation and data analysis, and focuses on the aesthetic reception of Chinese online literature by overseas readers. Based on the basic phenomena and basic facts of overseas publication and dissemination of Chinese online novels, this paper analyzes the characteristics of overseas dissemination of Chinese online novels, as well as the achievements and shortcomings. It is found that although the regional coverage of overseas dissemination of Chinese online novels is wide, and the number and scope of overseas dissemination of Chinese online novels are showing a growing trend, the single type of online novel works, especially the uneven translation quality, has begun to limit the overseas dissemination of Chinese online novels. Therefore, Chinese online novels need to optimize the allocation of cultural elements of online novels from three aspects: improving the quality of works, realizing cultural integration, and improving the quality of translations, so as to realize the industrialization and development of Chinese online novels overseas.Abstract: With the rapid development of the Internet, Chinese online novels not only have a broad audience in China, but also spread overseas through online media, attracting widespread attention from overseas readers.
