Abstract: Under the background of the Three Education reform, the purpose of this study is to sort out the problems concerning teachers, teaching materials and teaching methods in applied colleges and vocational colleges through literature analysis, and put forward relevant countermeasures. At present, there are some problems at the level of teachers, such as imperfect policies for attracting talents, unclear structure of teachers and inadequate measures for retaining talents. In terms of teaching materials, there are some problems such as inconformity with the reality, non-standard selection system and insufficient ideological and political elements in the content. In the aspect of teaching method, there are some problems, such as outdated teaching mode, single teaching means, insufficient cultivation of students' practical ability and unsatisfied demand of information-based teaching. Through analysis and discussion, corresponding countermeasures are put forward according to the existing problems, including the innovation of the three-way training mode for teachers in joint enterprises, solving the problem of attracting talents, reforming the evaluation mechanism, increasing training methods and means, and solving the problem of improving teachers' ability. The reform of teaching materials can enrich the form of display, reform the editing and reviewing system, adopt the mode of one program and multiple books, retain the updating space, and solve the problem of outdated content and effectiveness. In terms of teaching method reform, according to the analysis of learning situation, appropriate teaching methods should be adopted to change the traditional teaching mode of teachers' one word. Abstract: Two-way immersion (TWI) bilingual education, as a model of strong bilingual education with distinctive characteristics and a unique way of implementation, has been widely practiced in many multi-ethnic, multilingual and multicultural countries, such as the US, and has achieved positive results. This article summarizes and analyzes the implementation mode, characteristics and limitations of the TWI program. In the light of the local conditions of ethnic minority areas in the country, this article also puts forward suggestions on the trial implementation of TWI program in pilot kindergartens in ethnic areas: strengthen national policy support and ensure the vigorous development of preschool bilingual education; stabilize and enhance the quality of bilingual teachers; promote the integration of Han nationality and ethnic minorities as well as realize the sharing of high-quality educational resources; encourage Han children to learn minority languages; develop preschool bilingual teaching resources and facilitate the construction of preschool bilingual teaching materials; and foster a good family and community environment for preschool bilingual education. In a word, bilingual education plays a pivotal role in the long-term competition of the country bearing a special function of cultivating bilingual talents. Abstract: The construction of New Liberal Arts aims to lead the new development of humanities and social sciences through the application of modern educational technology and interdisciplinary integration, so as to meet the needs of the times for interdisciplinary talents. The New Liberal Arts construction points out the development direction of specialization, humanization and interdisciplinization for foreign language majors. TPACK, as a teacher’s professional knowledge framework integrating technology, coordinates and highly integrates technology, content and pedagogy, providing a new cognitive framework for teachers’ knowledge construction, and also puts forward new requirements for the professional development of college foreign language teachers in the context of the New Liberal Arts. Abstract: To improve the comprehensive experimental skill of undergraduate and penetrate the concept of green chemistry education, we combined with the teaching needs of applied chemistry and designed a comprehensive experiment of preparing green drilling fluid treatment agent with waste citrus peel as raw material. Citrus fruit peel contains a lot of plant phenols, cellulose, soluble polysaccharides and other components, which can be used as drilling fluid to increase viscosity and reduce filtration loss. However, the proportion of water-soluble substance in citrus peel is low and the effect is poor. Therefore, to improve its utilization efficiency, we have applied different methods to modify the raw material, including the pretreatment, crosslinking, carboxymethylation to increase the proportion of water-soluble substance and improve its performance in drilling fluid. This experiment has introduced knowledge of organic chemistry to oilfield chemistry and combined experimental skills with field work, which will help to improve students' professional skills and field adaptability.
