Abstract: Under the guidance of the new engineering education concept, this study focuses on the current situation of interdisciplinary teaching in middle school chemistry. Firstly, by combing relevant literature, this study deeply discusses the theoretical basis of interdisciplinary teaching of chemistry in middle schools, and the current status and progress of relevant research at home and abroad were sorted out. The research aimed to explore the feasibility of integrating chemistry with multiple fields such as humanities and sciences in teaching, and its profound significance in the context of new engineering. Then, through the form of questionnaire, the field investigation of chemistry teachers in middle school was conducted, so as to deeply understand the attitude of teachers towards the interdisciplinary teaching of chemistry and the development of teachers' interdisciplinary teaching. Finally, based on the research data, this paper further analyzes the current implementation status of interdisciplinary chemistry teaching in middle schools, pointing out that interdisciplinary teaching not only demonstrates good teaching and educational value, achieves effective integration between disciplines, but also promotes the improvement of students' knowledge system. This article aims to provide practical guidance and theoretical support for the effective implementation of interdisciplinary teaching in middle school chemistry, and promote the innovative development of chemistry education in the new era of engineering.Abstract: Under the guidance of the new engineering education concept, this study focuses on the current situation of interdisciplinary teaching in middle school chemistry. Abstract: Utilizing CiteSpace, the scientometric analysis software, this paper provides a systematic analyze of the overall development trend of international collocation research in the past 20 years. Research data were retrieved via the Web of Science SSCI database during the period of 2004-2023. In terms of the publication status, highly cited literature, highly cited authors, research hotspots and fronts, the results demonstrate: (1) the UK, China, and the US are the top three countries in terms of the number of publications, and Saudi Arabia has an outstanding burstness of publications, with Saudi Arabian authors such as Sonbul and El-dakhs contributing to the burstness. (2) Sinclair, Wray and Laufer are the most highly cited authors, among which Sinclair's ‘idiom principle’ is the theoretical basis of many collocation studies; the topics of highly cited literature focus on collocation processing and acquisition, collocation teaching and collocation lexical analysis, which represent the hotspots of collocation research. (3) Five research hotspots in the past 20 years were identified through the co-citation cluster analysis: the research on collocation processing and acquisition includes factors affecting the processing and psychological reality; the research on collocation teaching includes the collocation teaching for both L2 and English for Academic Purposes (EAP); in the analyses of the characteristics and composition of lexical collocations, the former focuses on the collocational vocabulary network and phrase complexity, while the latter includes collocational word list and lexical bundle research, highlighting disciplinary variation and group differences, with which Data-Driven Learning is the trend of collocation teaching, for which the research on collocation processing and acquisition provides theoretical support; in the collocation output studies, the types of output include written and spoken, and the domains include L2 and EAP; collocation competence involves assessing learners' vocabulary knowledge, writing, speaking and overall language proficiency.Abstract: Utilizing CiteSpace, the scientometric analysis software, this paper provides a systematic analyze of the overall development trend of international collocation research in the past 20 years. Abstract: Objective: To investigate the relationship between parental factors and middle school students’ self-injury and the mediation of impulsivity, and to provide reference for self-injury behavior education. Methods: Using convenient sampling, 3800 students from a middle schools in a district of Chongqing were selected to completed Adolescent Non-suicidal Self-injury Assessment Questionnaire, Parent Conflict Scale, Parent management Situation Scale and Impulsivity Scale, and SPSS plug-in Process3.4 was used to test the mediation effect. Results: The middle school students’ proportion of self-injury was 38.9%. The middle school students’ impulsivity played a partial mediating role between parental factors and students’ self-injury: the total effect of parental conflict on self-injury was 0.465, in which the direct effect value of parental conflict on self-injury was 0.464 (95% CI: 0.418~0.512), the mediating effect value of impulsivity was 0.046 (95%CI: 0.034~0.058); the total effect of farther management on self-injury was -0.136, in which the direct effect value of farther management on self-injury was -0.136 (95%CI: -0.162~-0.110), the mediating effect value of impulsivity was -0.028 (95%CI: -0.036~-0.021); the total effect of mother management on self-injury was -0.115, in which the direct effect value of mother management on self-injury was -0.092 (95%CI: -0.234~-0.337), the mediating effect value of impulsivity was -0.023 (95%CI: -0.029~-0.017). Conclusion: Parental factors could influence middle school students’ self-injury directly and influence self-injury indirectly through impulsivity.Abstract: Objective: To investigate the relationship between parental factors and middle school students’ self-injury and the mediation of impulsivity, and to provide reference for self-injury behavior education. Abstract: The centrality of core mandatory courses lies in their role in developing students' professional knowledge and skills, as well as fostering their ideological and political literacy. To enhance the precision of ideological and political education, this study utilizes the Kano model and the Delphi method to analyze students' educational needs in this area, integrating these requirements into the teaching process through diverse approaches. The objective is to cultivate individuals who are proficient in construction engineering regulations and international standards, and who also exhibit excellent professional ethics and comprehensive qualities. This strategy aims to elevate both the quality and effectiveness of teaching. The study's findings indicate that students have a significant demand for a macro understanding of engineering regulations, the cultivation of practical skills, and the enhancement of professional ethics, while their need for team collaboration and organizational coordination abilities is comparatively lower. By incorporating the Kano model and the Delphi method, this research introduces a fresh theoretical perspective and analytical technique for the integration of ideological and political elements into the curriculum, thereby enriching the teaching theoretical framework. This approach is instrumental in increasing the appeal and practicality of courses, better fulfilling students' learning expectations, and consequently improving teaching outcomes.Abstract: The centrality of core mandatory courses lies in their role in developing students' professional knowledge and skills, as well as fostering their ideological and political literacy. Abstract: With the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, its application in the field of education is becoming more and more widespread, especially in vocational education. Vocational education is undergoing a transformation from the traditional teacher-centered model to a student-centered personalized learning path. There are various forms of AI technology applications in vocational education, including intelligent teaching assistance systems, virtual simulation training, and data-driven teaching decisions. These technologies have improved teaching efficiency, enhanced the learning experience, and facilitated the mastery of student skills. By discussing the impact of AI technology on teaching models, teachers and students recognize that AI technology can achieve the transformation of teaching models from teacher-centered to student-centered, and implement personalized learning as well as interactive and collaborative learning. Although AI technology brings many advantages, it also faces challenges such as technology integration, data privacy, and educational equity. Despite facing challenges, the application of AI technology is expected to bring revolutionary changes to vocational education, providing students with richer and more effective learning experiences and offering teachers stronger teaching support. Finally, the future research directions are proposed. We need to continuously explore and optimize the application of AI technology to achieve educational innovation and the transformation of talent cultivation models. This study aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the application of AI technology in the field of vocational education.Abstract: With the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, its application in the field of education is becoming more and more widespread, especially in vocational education.
