Abstract: Background Collaborative learning pedagogy has become a widely recognised teaching method both nationally and internationally. There is a large number of studies on its application in nursing teaching, However, evidence for the effectiveness of the method in nursing teaching remains scarce. Objective This meta-analysis was designed to systematically discuss the effect of cooperative learning method in nursing teaching. Methods The following Chinese and English databases were searched for relevant articles: CNKI, Wanfang database, VIP, PubMed, EMbase, Medline, Web Of Science and Cochrane Library. The search encompassed the establishment of these databases up until October 2021. Two reviewers separately entered the data into Review Manager Software 5.3. Results A total of 10 studies were reviewed and included 1126 nursing students. The results showed that cooperative learning method could improve the comprehensive performance score [SMD = 2.05, 95%CI (0.41, 3.68)], P = 0.01], theoretical knowledge score [SMD = 1.00, 95%CI (0.51, 1.48), P < 0.0001], and operational assessment score [SMD = 1.37, 95%CI (0.87, 1.88), P < 0.0001] in nursing students compared with traditional teaching method. In terms of teaching effect, cooperative learning method can improve nursing students' learning interest and initiative, strengthening communication ability and enhancing teamwork consciousness, so as to help promote teacher-student interaction, and maximize learning effect. Conclusions The use of cooperative learning teaching method in nursing teaching can promote the mastery and application of knowledge, cultivate comprehensive ability and improve the overall quality of nursing students, which is worthy of further promotion and application in nursing education.Abstract: Background Collaborative learning pedagogy has become a widely recognised teaching method both nationally and internationally. Abstract: In order to understand the clinical application status and influencing factors of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) nursing techniques in the treatment of venomous snake bite patients, and explore the strategies to promote the application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques in the treatment of venomous snake bite patients, this study selected 79 hospitals in Guangdong Province by the method of stratified sampling and objective sampling, and investigated the head nurses or nursing leaders in the departments that treated venomous snake bite patients. The results showed that the carry-out rate of TCM nursing techniques for venomous snake bite in hospitals of Guangdong province was only 31.6%. The most common use TCM nursing techniques were external application of TCM, acupuncture and bloodletting, and internal use of TCM. The main reasons affecting the application of TCM nursing techniques in patients with snakebite were "doctors rarely prescribe TCM nursing advice", "nurses were not good at TCM nursing skills" and "lack of necessary instruments and equipment". It can be seen that there is still a great space for TCM nursing techniques to be applied and promoted in the treatment of venomous snake bite patients. In the future, it is necessary to improve doctors' attention to TCM nursing and nurses' knowledge and nursing techniques of TCM nursing.Abstract: In order to understand the clinical application status and influencing factors of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) nursing techniques in the treatment of venomous snake bite patients, and explore the strategies to promote the application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques in the treatment of venomous snake bite patients, this stud...Learn More

Abstract: Objective: To explore the effect of 5A management mode on the disease control of inpatients with naval ankylosing spondylitis (AS) under the background of information technology. Methods: A total of 58 Navy AS patients admitted to the Rheumatology and Immunology Department of Shanghai Changhai Hospital from January 2021 to October 2021 were selected. According to whether they were willing to accept 5A intervention, they were divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group carried out intervention in accordance with 5A management mode, and the control group carried out routine nursing and treatment. Erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), C-reactive protein (CRP), morning stiffness time, pain score, spinal motion function and sleep quality were collected in two groups, respectively. All patients were evaluated again in the outpatient department 1 month later. Results: Before 5A management mode intervention, there were no statistical differences in all indexes between the two groups (P≥0.05). After 5A mode intervention, ESR, CRP, morning stiffness time, pain score, BASFI score and PSQI score were significantly lower than before 5A mode intervention, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After receiving conventional treatment and nursing, ESR, CRP, morning stiffness time, pain score, BASFI score and PSQI score were also significantly lower than before follow-up, with statistical significance (P<0.05). After receiving 5A mode, ESR, CRP, morning stiffness time and BASFI scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group after receiving conventional treatment and nursing, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), but there was no statistical difference between the pain scores and PSQI scores of the two groups (P≥0.05). Conclusions: The application of 5A management mode under the information background can improve the physical activity and daily training ability of AS officers and soldiers to a certain extent, delay the invasion of diseases on bones and joints, and improve sleep quality.
