Abstract: Objective: Comfort nursing is a new model of nursing intervention that emphasizes the comfort of patients at the physiological, psychological and social levels throughout nursing activities, and has certain advantages for the treatment and rehabilitation of patients. In this paper, we will review the research progress of the application of comfort care in the postoperative rehabilitation period of cervical spine patients at home and abroad, in order to provide reference and ideas for future postoperative care of cervical spine patients and related scholars' research on the rehabilitation of postoperative patients with cervical spine disease. Methods: By searching and reading the relevant literature, an inductive approach was used to review the application of comfort care in the postoperative rehabilitation period of patients with cervical spondylosis. Results: Studies have shown that the intervention of comfort care during postoperative rehabilitation of patients with cervical spondylosis can effectively reduce the pain of traction, improve the psychological state of patients, reduce their negative emotions, improve the treatment effect and shorten the recovery time of patients with cervical spondylosis. Abstract: Purpose: To investigate the current status of nurses' willingness and ability of self-regulated learning in the emergency department, and explore its associated factors. It was hoped that the results could provide theoretical basis and countermeasure suggestions for improving emergency department nurses' willingness and ability of self-regulated learning. Method: Totally 306 emergency department nurses were recruited to finished a questionnaire on self-regulated learning willingness questionnaire and nursing staff self-regulated learning ability scale. Result: The total score of self-regulated learning willingness and self-regulated learning ability was (6.18±2.71) and (121.87±20.33), respectively, both of them were at a relatively low level. The median time of spent on medical-related learning was 5.00 hours per month among emergency department nurses. The related factors of self-regulated learning willingness in emergency department nurses were work satisfaction, difficulty of promotion of job title, management and interpersonal stress, and self-regulated learning ability (P<0.05). The related factors of self-regulated learning ability in emergency department nurses were working years, thefinal academic qualifications, personal income, general health status, learning atmosphere and self-regulated learning willingness (P<0.05). Abstract: Objective: To understand the nutritional nursing knowledge, belief and practice of nurses in elderly care institutions in Yantai city, and to provide basis for formulating corresponding countermeasures. Methods: The nutritional knowledge, belief, behavior and needs of 82 nurses in 15 elderly care institutions of Yantai city were investigated, and their different educational background, age, working years, professional titles and different types of elderly care institutions were compared and analyzed. Results: The nurses’ nutritional knowledge in hospital grade, nutritional belief in age and working years, nutritional practice in working years、technical titles and hospital grade were statistically significant differences (P > 0.05). The overall level of nutrition knowledge of nurses in elderly care institutions was low. The knowledge, belief and behavior scores of nurses in hospitals with combination of medical care and nursing were higher. Nurses aged 21-25 years and working for 1-5 years scored higher in nutritional knowledge and attitude. There was no significant difference in the average scores of nurses with different educational levels and professional titles. Conclusion: The overall level of nutritional knowledge of nurses in elderly care institutions is low, and the nutritional behavior needs to be further standardized. The nutritional knowledge, belief and behavior of nurses in hospitals combined with medical care are better than those in community care centers.
