Abstract: Objective To evaluate the application effect of cross theoretical model combined motivation interview in diabetes patients. Methods Nine databases including PubMed and clinical trial registration platforms were searched to collect randomized controlled trials related to the application of cross theoretical model combined motivation interview in diabetes patients. The search period was from the database establishment to May 2023. Two researchers independently screened literature, extracted data, and conducted quality evaluations, using RevMan5.4 and Stata17.0 for meta-analysis. The results included a total of 10 articles and 752 patients. Meta-analysis results show that the cross theoretical model combined with motivational interview can reduce fasting blood glucose in diabetes patients [SMD=-0.65, 95% CI (-8.04, -0.45), P<0.01], blood glucose in 2h after meal [SMD=-0.44, 95% CI (-0.74, -0.13), P<0.01], glycosylated hemoglobin [SMD=-0.77, 95% CI (-1.03, -0.52), P<0.01], and improve treatment compliance [RR=1.23, 95% CI (1.10, 1.38), P<0.01], Self-management ability [SMD=1.69, 95% CI (1.25, 2.12), P<0.01], quality of life [WMD=10.31, 95% CI (8.93, 11.69), P<0.01]. Conclusion Cross theoretical model combined with motivational interview can reduce FBG, 2hPG, HbA1c in diabetes patients, and improve treatment compliance, self-management ability, and quality of life. Abstract: Objective: Outcome-based education is an educational model that is student-centred and designs the curriculum system with the goal of the core competencies that students are expected to acquire eventually. China's nursing career is in a stage of rapid development, both clinical nursing and school nursing education need advanced concepts to promote the development. In recent years, the OBE concept has been widely applied and promoted in the nursing field at home and abroad. This paper analyses the current status of the application of the OBE concept in curriculum teaching design and clinical practice teaching in the field of nursing education, with a view to providing more reference bases for nursing teaching in China. Methods: Domestic and international databases were searched to review the concept of OBE philosophy, its origin and development, and its application in domestic nursing education. Results: The OBE concept is student-centred, focuses on student learning outcomes, and is "standards-oriented", and has been widely accepted by educators as a more advanced educational concept. Abstract: Objective: We aimed to explore the status quo of clinical research nurses’ (CRNs) perceived professional value and analyze its influencing factors. Methods: We selected a total of 230 CRNs from eight Tertiary hospital in China that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria using convenience sampling from February 2021 to February 2022. The investigation was conducted using a self-developed general information questionnaire and the perceived professional value scale. We used the independent sample t-test, single factor analysis of variance, and multiple linear regression analysis to process the data. Results: A total of 219 eligible questionnaires were collected from 230 CRNs involved in drug clinical research. Of these, 87.21% (191/219) were women. Most CRNs (69.41%, 152/219) had a bachelor’s degree in nursing (78.54%, 172/219) and had worked for 3–10 years (66.21%, 145/219). Among CRNs, 57.08% (125/219) were engaged in drug clinical research less than 1 year. The mean score of perceived professional value among CRNs was 4.33±0.03. The score for social support was the highest (4.38±0.33), and the score of matched degree of occupation and ability was the lowest (3.42±0.20). The score of perceived professional value for matching professional and personal advancement and number of GCP trainings showed statistically significant differences among drug CRNs (P<0.05). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that sex, length of service in clinical research, and the number of clinical trial projects in which CRNs participated were the main factors influencing perceived professional value (P<0.05). Conclusion: Perceived professional value among CRNs in China is at a high level. The department, number of GCP training, and management of operations-related work affect CRNs’ perceived professional value.
