Abstract: Dry eye disease (DED) is one of the most common eye diseases. There is at least one DED patient in almost every five people. Especially in the era of COVID-19, the rate of DED is inevitably increasing. The reason falls on the frequency of screen use, the inappropriate way of mask-wearing, etc. Thus, based on the international and national literature databases, this study utilizes a systematic review method on DED diagnosis. 2131 unduplicated records are extracted from Web of Science (WOS) and Scopus databases. The most contributed countries, authors, journals, references, disciplines, and keywords are recognized. Findings show that DED research has burst in 2018. China is the second contributing country in this field. Interdisciplinary is involved in this topic, including ophthalmology, medicine, healthcare, and neurology. According to the publications of the most cited authors, the most contribution falls on the DED diagnosis standard. According to the hot topics, DED has a deep relation to human daily habits, ages, chronic disease, eye infection, and trauma. Furthermore, the major diagnosing methods are clustered as 12 clusters, which are Tear break-up time (TBUT), Schirmer I test (SIT), cornea fluorescein staining (CFS), Interferometry and slit-lamp images, in vivo confocal microscopy (IVCM) images, Meibometry images, Tear osmolarity, Proteomic analysis, Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) images, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) diagnosis, subjective diagnosis, and demographic factors. Abstract: Objective: To analyze the infection status of human papillomavirus (HPV) in women from Southwest China and explore the correlation between different subtypes of HPV infection, the degree of cervical lesions and the age of patients, to provide reference for the early diagnosis and prevention of cervical cancer. Methods: The data of 1543 women from the department gynecology of the first affiliated hospital of Kunming medical university for colposcopy were enrolled in this study and the data were analyzed here. According to the cervical pathological results, women infecting HPV were divided into cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade I group, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade II group, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade III group and cervical cancer group, cervicitis group. Results: 1339 cases (86.78%) were infected with HPV among 1543 specimens. Forty-eight HPV subtypes were detected, and the top five infection rates were HPV16, 18, 52, 58 and 33. Statistical difference between cervical pathology results between age group and HPV infection were detected at P<0.05. Most cervical cancer lesions of HPV-infected women were over 50 years old. In addition, except for the cervical cancer group, and the proportion of HPV infection in each age group showed an "n" type distribution pattern in cervical pathology results. The majority patients with HPV infection were multiple infection (66.25%) and triple or more types of HPV infection (39.51%). The proportion of high-risk subtypes of HPV infection decreased gradually with the increase of age, while the proportion of low-risk subtypes increased with the increase of age. The high-risk subtype was significantly higher than the low-risk subtype in the cervical pathological HPV infection subtypes in each group, and the most high-risk subtypes were 16, 18 and 52. The HPV subtypes in the cervical cancer group were only high-risk subtypes, and subtypes 16 and 18 showed the highest frequency. Conclusions: The main types of HPV in Kunming were HPV subtypes 16, 18 and 52. Age was an important factor influencing the subtype of HPV infection as well as cervical pathology outcomes. Abstract: Objective: To investigate the current status and influencing factors of quality of life in female patients with stress urinary incontinence to provide a basis for making targeted health education in clinic. Methods: A total of 58 female SUI patients hospitalized in our department from July 2020 to February 2021 were selected as subjects for field investigation. The questionnaire was composed of general information and Incontinence quality of life (I-QOL) questionnaire. Multivariate linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of quality of life in female patients with stress urinary incontinence. Results: The quality of life score of female patients with stress urinary incontinence was (66.18±6.70). Regression analysis showed that the number of vaginal births, the number of years of illness, the number of abortions, and the living status were the factors affecting the quality of life of female patients with stress urinary incontinence. Conclusions: The quality of life of female patients with stress urinary incontinence is moderately or severely affected. Abstract: Salivary ductal carcinoma (SDC) is a rare highly aggressive malignancy with unique pathological and clinical features, and its histological features are highly similar to that of breast ductal carcinoma. The standard treatment for SDC is surgery plus radiation therapy, but it is often detected late and has a poor prognosis. Human growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) overexpression is common in SDC, and HER2-positive SDC cases have strong aggressiveness, and the standard treatment regimen for patients with postoperative recurrence or metastasis is still controversial. Vedicitumab is an innovative antibody coupling drug independently developed in China. It targets HER2 protein on the tumor surface and can accurately identify and kill tumor cells. This case reports a case of HER2 positive SDC treated with vidiximab alone, which has a rapid onset and significant effect.
