新文科指引下，以学科融合的复合型高素质人才培养导向，通过加强融合课程群建设来提升工商管理专业人才培养质量，已成为政法院校践行“为党育人、为国育才”的教育使命。为此，本文以西南政法大学为例，基于新文科指引下法商融合课程群建设实践与取得的成绩，具体分析政法院校在新文科指引下法商融合课程群建设的理论构建、建设措施与实践落地等问题。研究发现，政法院校在新文科指引下开展法商融合课程群建设应确立培养“精商明法”经营管理人才的总体建设目标，植入“超学科视野”新文科理念，运用“虚拟仿真技术”，导入企业合规价值理论，基于课堂探索法商融合新知识，构建法商融合课程体系，并转变学生学习方式和教师教学方式，形成可复制的课程群教学改革方案；新文科指引下法商融合课程群建设应以法商融合课程群结构、课程群内容和课程群评价为抓... 展开更多 -
