Abstract: When people eat bananas and when food processors make banana products, a large number of banana peels are usually discarded as garbage, which cause environmental pollution and waste of resources when they decay. In view of this, the extraction and isolation of banana peel polysaccharides from banana peels for recycling can produce great economic and environmental benefits. Polysaccharides from banana peel were extracted by water extraction and alcohol precipitation method in this research, and the content of polysaccharides was determined by phenol sulfuric acid colorimetry after protein removal. Orthogonal design method was used to optimize the extraction process. The optimized conditions were as follows: extraction temperature 90°C, extraction times 2 times, extraction time 1.5h, solid-liquid ratio 1:20. Under these conditions, by comparing the differences of polysaccharides extracted from banana peels with different degrees of freshness, it was found that the fully yellow banana peels had the highest polysaccharide content, and the products extracted from banana peels were prepared according to the designed prescription.Abstract: When people eat bananas and when food processors make banana products, a large number of banana peels are usually discarded as garbage, which cause environmental pollution and waste of resources when they decay. Abstract: Cotton verticillium wilt caused by Verticillium dahliae is a serious soil transmission vascular bundle disease, which has a great impact on the yield and quality of cotton. Weighted gene co-expression network analysis (WGCNA) is a data mining method that uses gene expression data under different conditions to cluster genes. This method can associate traits with genes, and it is a widely used system biology technology. The transcriptional data of verticillium dahliae infected root, stem and leaf of 0h, 12h, 48h of Gossypium thurberi with verticillium wilt resistance, Gossypium trilobum with high verticillium wilt resistance and Gossypium raimondii with verticillium wilt sensitivity were used in this project, transcriptional data of Gossypium trilobum, Gossypium trilobum and Gossypium raimondii under cold and salt treatment for 12 hours respectively and transcriptional data of ovule development 3 days after anthesis in Gossypium raimondii were used to construct the gene co expression network and select hub genes. The results showed that one module was positively correlated with verticillium wilt resistance and the other was negatively correlated with verticillium wilt resistance. The results of gene function enrichment analysis showed that the positive correlation module genes of verticillium wilt resistance mainly involved in organic matter catabolism, cell wall tissue or biosynthesis, external encapsulation structure and hormone level regulation. Abstract: Pollen compounds are essential precursor substances that regulate the development of flowering plant pollen into effective male gametes. They are also important compounds that affect the larval development and adult reproduction of pollinating insects that feed on pollen. Since the 1950s, the classification of pollen compounds and their effects on flowering plants have Some progress has been made in research related to the biological role of pollen development, due to the maturity of liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC/MS) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS). However, compared with other compounds produced by flowering plants, pollen compounds have complex chemical compositions, various types, and diverse biological functions. The current understanding of the effects of different types of pollen compounds on the development of pollinators is still insufficient. This paper systematically summarizes the current effects of pollen compounds on the development of pollinating insects, explains the specific effects of pollen compounds on the development of pollinating insects, and discusses the possible selective adaptability of pollinating insects to pollen compounds. Abstract: Objective: To analyze the infection status of human papillomavirus (HPV) in women after vaccination by meta-analysis. Methods: The PubMed, Wiley, science direct and web of science databases were searched by computer. The full-text English literatures published since the establishment of the database were collected with HPV and vaccination as key words. The literatures that met the inclusion criteria were selected and used RevMan5.3 analysis. Results: Nine literatures were included, and the number of researchers was 60570. The results showed that the protective effect of HPV16/18 and HPV31/33/45/52/58 related 6-month persistent infection in vaccinated women was higher than that in non vaccinated women, and the protective rate was 95% (RR: 0.05, 95% CI: 0.04 ~ 0.06). The protective effect of 12-month persistent infection related to any type of HPV in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the protective rate was 96% (RR: 0.04, 95% CI: 0.03 ~ 0.06). The incidence of CIN1+ associated with HPV16/18 and (or) HPV6/11/16/18 decreased in women after vaccination in a protocol compliant population (PPE) (RR: 0.12, 95% CI: 0.06 ~ 0.22); The incidence rate of CIN2+ was lower than that of non vaccinated population (RR: 0.06, 95% CI: 0.02 ~ 0.18). The incidence of CIN1+ associated with HPV16/18 and (or) HPV6/11/16/18 in vaccinated women was lower than that in non vaccinated people in the modified intention to analyze population (mITT) (RR: 0.15, 95% CI: 0.07 ~ 0.31). Abstract: This study aimed to solve the resources recycling of Chenpi citrus waste by addressing the poor quality of its pulp, which is characterized by limited flesh, numerous fruit pits, susceptibility to shrinkage, and low edible value. To achieve this goal, a comprehensive treatment approach combining pulp biotransformation with the use of the invasive plant Mikania micrantha was employed. The results of nutrient determination for Chenpi citrus pulp and Mikania micrantha are as follows: the crude protein content of Chenpi citrus pulp is 1.06%, the crude fat is 2 g/kg, and the water content is 87.45%; The crude protein content of Mikania micrantha is 2.16%, the crude fat content is 3 g/kg, the crude fiber content is 2.4%, and the water content is 85.17%. The experimental results demonstrated that a 1:1 ratio of Chenpi citrus pulp to Mikania micrantha yielded the most favorable outcomes. The larvae exhibited the highest weight gain rate, reaching 1485.74%, and a conversion rate of 13.1%. These findings highlight the efficacy of black soldier flies in bioconverting Chenpi citrus pulp and Mikania micrantha, with an optimal ratio of 1:1.
