Abstract: To investigate the molecular mechanism of Ginseng and Atractylodes macrocephala in the prevention and treatment of diarrhea based on network pharmacology and molecular docking. The active ingredients and the related targets of Ginseng and Atractylodes were searched and collected through TCMSP database, PubChem database and Swiss TargetPrediction. With the help of GeneCards database, OMIM database and DisGeNET database, we searched for disease related targets with "Diarrhea" as the keyword, and the obtained targets of drug ingredients were intersected with the disease targets to obtain the results. The predicted targets of Ginseng and Atractylodes for diarrhea were obtained by intersection. Cytoscape 3.9.1 software was used to construct the "drug-active ingredient-target network" diagram. Protein interaction information was obtained by using String database, and the target network was further analyzed by CytoNCA plug-in to screen the core targets. The core targets were enriched by KEGG pathway analysis using the microbiology platform, and the results were based on the enrichment results. The KEGG enrichment analysis showed that the core targets acted on PI3K-Akt signaling pathwa, Human T-cell leukemia virus 1 ntection, Kaposi sarcoma- associated herpesvirus intection, Measles, Proteoglyeans in cancer, and 10 other pathways. Through the network pharmacology study, Ginseng and Atractylodesan regulated diarrhea involving 127 targets and 10 pathways, indicating that Ginseng and Atractylodesan can exert its effects on diarrhea prevention and treatment through multiple components, targets and pathways.Abstract: To investigate the molecular mechanism of Ginseng and Atractylodes macrocephala in the prevention and treatment of diarrhea based on network pharmacology and molecular docking. Abstract: A total of 124 adults with vitamin D deficiency or deficiency were recruited to investigate the plasma levels of 1, 25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 (1,25(OH)2D3), 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 (25(OH)D3), trace elements (Mg, Fe, Zn, Cu) and blood lipids (TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C). This article also explores the relationship among vitamin D, trace elements, and blood lipids. Results: 1. The 25(OH)D3, BMI and TG levels of male patients were higher than those of female patients, while the HDL-C levels were lower, with significant differences (P < 0.01, P=0.026, P < 0.001, P < 0.001). The level of 1,25(OH)2D3 in male patients was higher than that in female patients, and the PTH was lower, but there was no statistical difference (P> 0.05). The concentrations of Mg, Zn and Fe in male patients were higher than those in female patients, with statistical differences (P<0.001, P=0.01, P=0.014), while Cu in female patients was higher, but no statistical difference (P > 0.05). 2. 1,25(OH)2D3 was positively correlated with Fe (r=0.267, P < 0.05). Fe was positively correlated with Mg and Zn (r=0.321, P < 0.001; r=0.341, P<0.001). 1,25(OH)2D3/25(OH)D3 was negatively correlated with TC, TG and LDL-C (P<0.05), but had no correlation with HDL-C (P > 0.05). There was a negative correlation between Fe and TG in male patients (r= -0.377, P=0.033), but no significant correlation between Fe and blood lipid in female patients (P > 0.05). Zn was positively correlated with TC and TG in female patients (r=0.238, P=0.022; r=0.255, P=0.014), and there was no significant correlation between Zn and blood lipid, Mg and Cu (P >0.05). Conclusions: 1. The vitamin D3 and trace elements of female patients are lower than those of male patients, so they need to supplement vitamin D and trace elements more, while male patients need to pay more attention to the management of BMI and blood lipid. 2. Abstract: Immunotherapy, as a revolutionary cancer treatment approach, offers an effective option for breast cancer treatment by enhancing the body's immune response, inhibiting immunosuppression, and improving anti-tumor reactions. However, the development of immunotherapy is severely limited due to the complexity of tumors and tumor immunosuppressive microenvironments. In recent years, nanotechnology has introduced new possibilities in drug research and treatment. This article mainly explores the latest advancements in breast cancer immunotherapy and its combination with nanoparticle drug targeting systems. Utilizing nanoparticles prepared through nanotechnology, precise regulation of the tumor microenvironment can be achieved, resulting in targeted local immune modulation and improved immunotherapy effects. The nanoparticle drug targeting system aims to deliver drugs directly to the tumor site, reducing damage to normal tissues and cells and decreasing drug side effects. Additionally, nanoparticle drugs can be used in conjunction with other treatments (such as chemotherapy and radiotherapy) to produce synergistic effects and further improve breast cancer treatment outcomes. Abstract: Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2. Among these patients infected with the virus, metabolic syndrome is the most common. Metabolic syndrome refers to the pathological state of various metabolic disorders in the body, which is commonly manifested as one or more symptoms such as obesity, hypertension and hyperglycemia. This article collects relevant research literature on COVID-19 patients with metabolic syndrome at home and abroad from 2020 to 2023, and reviews the epidemiological characteristics of COVID-19 patients with obesity, hypertension, hyperglycemia and other metabolic syndromes and the possible mechanism of COVID-19 susceptibility in patients with metabolic syndrome. Abstract: Due to the fact that both teachers and students in China are non native English speakers, using the same teaching methods as Chinese students may not necessarily be applicable to MBBS students. In order to understand the differences in the use of the most popular and mature PBL teaching method in internal medicine learning between MBBS students and Chinese students, we conducted this study. Randomly select a group of MBBS students (15 people) and a group of Chinese medical students (15 people) who will intern in Internal Medicine at the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University in 2023 for PBL teaching with the same content. The same cases will be distributed to students in different classes in English and Chinese. At the beginning of the first class, each student will be given 10 test questions related to the case, with a total of 10 points for each question. After completing the teaching, students will be given a score, At the end of the course, 10 test questions will be given again, and students will be graded for completing the test questions in class. The difference between the two test scores will be taken for statistics. At the same time, give students a questionnaire and ask them to rate based on their learning outcomes. Based on the above scores, the following results can be obtained: both MBBS students and Chinese students feel that the arrangement of this course is basically reasonable, and they have learned new knowledge through this course.
