Abstract: Ovarian tumor domain proteases (OTUs), a unique protease family, contains four distinctive subfamilies, which play crucial roles in organisms. As a core member of the large enzyme family of deubiquitinases, OTUs play an indispensable regulatory role in a series of complex and delicate physiological processes such as cell division, immune response and apoptosis by precisely regulating the ubiquitination level of proteins. In recent years, with the deepening of research, more and more evidence shows that the dysregulation of these physiological processes is closely related to the occurrence and development of a variety of human diseases. Whether non infectious diseases, such as tumors, kidney diseases, autoimmune diseases and neurodegenerative diseases, or infectious diseases, such as viral, bacterial and parasitic infections, may be related to the dysfunction of OTUs. Therefore, an in-depth study and review of the functions of OTUs and their relationship in human diseases will not only help us better understand the pathogenesis of these diseases, but also provide new ideas and directions for the research and use of deubiquitinase OTUs in the treatment of diseases. By revealing the mechanism of OTUs in diseases, we can develop therapeutic strategies for specific diseases, such as regulating the pathological process of related diseases by inhibiting or activating specific OTUs members, so as to achieve the purpose of treatment. At the same time, the study of OTUs also helps us find new drug targets and provides new ideas and methods for drug research and development. This article reviews the functions of OTUs and their relationship in human diseases, in order to provide references for the research and use of deubiquitinase OTUs in the treatment of diseases.Abstract: Ovarian tumor domain proteases (OTUs), a unique protease family, contains four distinctive subfamilies, which play crucial roles in organisms. Abstract: Nasal invasive papilloma is benign tumor named for its characteristic histologic endophytic growth pattern with three major features: bone remodeling and destruction, local recurrence, and local aggressiveness associated with malignancy. It is histologically characterized by epithelial proliferation, with squamous epithelial cells proliferating finger-like into the underlying mesenchyme and growing downward into pre-existing mucosal glands, replacing or substituting for normal epithelium. The etiology of bigness papilloma is still unclear and most studies suggest that it may be related to HPV infection, smoking, and occupational exposure. With the rapid development of modern endoscopy and CT and MRI techniques, the diagnosis of IP is becoming more accurate. Surgery is the main treatment modality for IP, but for some patients with higher staging, our clinicians must focus on the possibility of IP recurrence.Abstract: Nasal invasive papilloma is benign tumor named for its characteristic histologic endophytic growth pattern with three major features: bone remodeling and destruction, local recurrence, and local aggressiveness associated with malignancy. Abstract: Objective To explore the application effect of case-based cross-discussion teaching method in clinical teaching of physical therapy. Methods The undergraduate interns majoring in physical therapy of the School of Rehabilitation Medicine of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in grades 2019 and 2020 were selected as the research subjects and divided into an experimental group and a control group, with 20 cases in each group. Among them, students in the class of 2019 served as the control group and were taught using traditional teaching methods. Students in the class of 2020 serve as the experimental group and are taught using case-based cross-discussion teaching methods. Both groups of students practiced in the Rehabilitation Department of the Seventh People's Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine for 6 months. At the end of the internship, the theory, practice and students' ability improvement will be assessed, and students' satisfaction with the teaching model will be investigated. Results The students' theoretical scores, practical scores, students' ability improvement and satisfaction with the teaching model in the experimental group were all significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Case cross-discussion teaching method can improve students' grades and satisfaction with clinical teaching, and at the same time improve students' learning ability.Abstract: Objective To explore the application effect of case-based cross-discussion teaching method in clinical teaching of physical therapy. Abstract: The author for a case of breast preservation with latissimus dorsi muscle skin flap transplantation and breast reconstruction surgery and nursing, through preoperative visit, personnel, goods, drugs, intraoperative with surgeon, anesthesia, intraoperative acquired stress injury prevention, closely observe vital signs, intraoperative airway management, surgeons, anesthesiologists, instrument nurses, itinerant nurses, high quality surgery, postoperative bedside visit, provide patients with continuous, high quality perioperative care, finally complete the operation safely, no intraoperative complications. Therefore, in breast cancer breast surgery with longus dorus muscle flap transplantation breast reconstruction process, give the continuous, high quality surgical care, can simplify the surgical procedures, reduce the intraoperative position change may reduce incision bleeding, intraoperative acquired stress injury such as surgical adverse reactions, shorten the operation time, improve the patient feeling and experience.Abstract: The author for a case of breast preservation with latissimus dorsi muscle skin flap transplantation and breast reconstruction surgery and nursing, through preoperative visit, personnel, goods, drugs, intraoperative with surgeon, anesthesia, intraoperative acquired stress injury prevention, closely observe vital signs, intraoperative airway manageme...Learn More
